Delivery time
Everyone wants to receive their products as quickly as possible, Ates.tv understands that.
If you order before 17:00, you can have the product delivered the next day.
The goods are delivered via PostNL and or DHL.
It is possible that the package is delayed due to force majeure / crowds, such as malfunctions or holidays.
This can usually be seen on the track & trace number that automatically appears in your email after ordering.
Postage costs
Shipments within the Netherlands are free of charge from €80 and returns are free within the Netherlands.
Shipments to the following countries are free of charge from €100 and returns are free:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden
For other countries within Europe, € 12.95 in shipping costs will be charged and returns are for your own account.

What if my package is delayed?
The delivery is in the hands of PostNL. Via their website you can use the track and trace number keep an eye on the order. We know that as a reliable partner they do their best to deliver it as quickly as possible. Your patient waiting will be rewarded.
What should I do if I have not received my package?
1. The Track & Trace track the package code.
You can find it in your confirmation email or in your account. Check with PostNL whether the time slot indication of the delivery has shifted.

Is the delivery address correct that you have filled in? Check also your zip code. - The mailbox
Do you have one not home message receive ? Then the package at the neighbours delivered or the delivery person has a new delivery time scheduled .
Correct this all , but you still have no package receive ? Then get in touch with us.
They may be blocked by the spam filter of your e-mail program. We advise you to check your spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you can't figure it out, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
Product not available
It is possible that a certain product is not in stock. Send us an email. Then we can notify you when the product is available again.
